Port Colborne, Ontario
September 15, 1996

About the play:
A one act – one woman show for children grades K to 4 about the environment.

Lydia moves to Gambon, Africa with her parents who are zoologists. Her transition from big city life to the strange and mysterious world of animals is difficult especially when it appears her parents are more interested in monkeys than in her.

Lydia’s decision to follow her parents into the jungle and demand they move back to Canada results in a very important eye opening experience about the environment and her place in this world.

Running time:
1 hour
